He previously managed an Internet Cafe business for almost ten years in his hometown Calbayog City, Western Samar. He loved his business and it helps a lot of people especially those students who come into his place because of a lot of services offered by his company that’s also the reason why a lot of customers become his friends. Being DECISIVE in handling clients is always what he does and tells his peers; no matter what they are and who they are always give them the attention and services that they need. As a result, the client always keeps coming back, that’s why Renerio was looking forward to giving the same job performance to his future client as a Social Media Manager and Advertiser. Being the Manager of the Company, he sees to it that having a PURPOSEFUL decision making in dealing with clients will gain a lot of trusts. In his nature of the job he sometimes experiences handling an OPINIONATED client but he is always so calm and confident that he being able to solve the problem so easily.

Renerio also worked before in the Local Government Unit as designate Website Administrator in the City Planning and Development Office, he's experienced in Joomla Content Management System gave him the ability to be dynamic in fields of computing. At the same time, he managed the Electronic-New Government Accounting System (e-NGAS) in Accounting Office as technical staff. Even though he has a lot of pressure during the time, because of his ASSERTIVE in handling task and situation, he achieved the kind of direct, clear-headed, GOAL-ORIENTED vision was needed then, just as it is needed today. After being able to work in a respective company he now decided to work in an online environment because he can watch his kids and have more time with his family. In his free time, he loves cooking, going to the beach, and traveling.
